At IslandGo Car Rental Curaçao, we keep our cancellation policy simple and fair — because we understand that travel plans can change.

Cancellations Before the Rental Start Date

Cancellations made before your rental start date are completely free of charge. No cancellation fees apply, no questions asked.

We recommend cancelling as early as possible so we can make the vehicle available for other customers.

Cancellations After the Rental Start Date

For cancellations or early returns after the rental period has already begun, please contact us directly as soon as possible:

Each situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Our team is always available to help find the best solution.

No-Shows

If you do not show up at the agreed pickup time and location without prior notice, your reservation may be cancelled. Please contact us in advance if your plans change or if you are running late.

How to Cancel

The easiest way to cancel is via WhatsApp at +599 968 32233. You can also email us at info@islandgocar.com. Please include your name, booking reference, and rental dates when reaching out.

We will confirm your cancellation in writing.

Reservations & Payments Reminder

As a reminder, IslandGo does not charge upfront payment at the time of booking. Payment is made at pickup. This means cancelling before your rental start date carries no financial risk.
